아레 (/ɑreɪ/) (아레로 표기)는 뭄바이에 본사를 둔 인도 OTT 플랫폼이다.[3] 그것은 온라인 채널을 통해 비디오, 오디오 시리즈, 웹 시리즈, 다큐멘터리, 텍스트, 낙서를 제작하고 출판한다.[4] 전 네트워크 18과 TV 18의 임원 B에 의해 설립되었다. 사이 쿠마르, 아제이 차코, 산제이 레이 차우드하리 등 콘텐츠 기반 스타트업으로 2016년 4월 출범했다.[5][1]

역사

전 네트워크 TV18 대표 B.사이 쿠마르, COO-에이제이 차코, 연출가 산제이 레이 차우두리(레이 C)가 2015년 10월 '아레'를 결성했다.[1][6] "아레"는 영어로 "woa"를 대략 번역하는 인도의 구어체다.[3][4]

에남그룹은 2016년 4월 설립자와 함께 미공개 금액을 아레에 투자했다.[7][8]

개발

Monocept가 개발한 기술, 건축, 디자인. 온라인 플랫폼은 프랑스 에이전시인 Area 17에 의해 설계되었다.[1]

상품들

아레는 2015년 초 아르모자 포맷에서 원래 생산한 이스라엘 실험 형식인 '레젠더'를 바탕으로 호자레젠더를 발표했다. 이 시리즈에서는 6명의 참가자들에게 이성으로서의 삶을 경험할 수 있는 기회가 주어진다.[4][9][10]

2015년 8월에는 신문 '더 인디안 익스프레스(The Indian Express)'와 결탁해 세계 관객들을 위한 수사 다큐멘터리를 제작했다. 2016년 5월 2일 인도 뉴델리 주의 높은 대기 오염도를 다룬 다큐멘터리 '숨에 의한 죽음'이 개봉되었다.[11]

이 회사는 2016년 1월 '아이 돈 워치 TV'라는 제목의 첫 웹 시트콤을 출시했다. 팀북투필름이 제작하는 이 영화는 인도 TV 산업에 대한 풍자로 나쿠울 메타, 발리우드 영화 평론가 라지브 마산드 같은 텔레비전 유명인사들이 출연한다.[12][13]

2016년 4월 A.I를 출시했다.SHA – My Virtual Grifter, 리얼리티 쇼 프로듀서 겸 배우 Rahhu Ram이 제작한 웹캠 픽션 쇼.[14][15][16] 이 쇼의 시즌 2는 2017년 3월에 초연되었다.[17]

2016년 5월 '오류별 시험: 2008년 노이다 이중 살인 사건을 기반으로 한 아루시 파일스는 온라인 음악 스트리밍 서비스 사브앤과 제휴해 만들어졌다.[18][19][20]

아레는 2016년 9월 엠엔씨 인턴이자 기업세계인 스판단추키야(Spandan Chukya)의 눈을 통해 본 이야기를 담은 '공식추키리(Official Chukyagiri)'를 론칭했다. Amritpal Singh Bindra, Anand Tiwari와 그들의 회사 Still & Still Moving Pictures가 제작했다.[21][22]

2017년 2월 아레는 페이스북과 손잡고 하나의 글로벌 미션에 나선 두 영화 학생의 허구화된 세계인 '아바스 마스탄의 모험'(The Adventures of Abbaas Mastan)을 초연해 세계에서 가장 바이러스성 비디오를[23][24][25] 만들었다.

아레는 2017년 6월 도시 양육의 6명의 어린 아이들과 함께 북동부 주 아루나찰 프라데시 주(州)[26][27][28]의 여러 지역을 탐험하는 새로운 모험 여행쇼 '더 리얼 하이'를 시작했다.

아레는 2018년 4월 공식 추카기리의 연속성이 담긴 웹시리즈 공식 CEO기리를 론칭했다. 배우 수밋 비야스가 주인공을 맡았다.

파트너십

2016년 4월 음악 스트리밍 서비스 Saavn과 제휴하여 Trial By Error:라는 제목의 팟캐스트를 제작, 배포하였다. 2008년 노이다 이중 살인 사건을 바탕으로 한 아루시 파일.[35]

아레는 2016년 7월 인터넷 기반 TV 스트리밍, OTT 서비스 업체인 웁TV와 손잡고 자사 웁TV 바자 플랫폼에 콘텐츠를 배포했다. 아레 공동 설립자 겸 상무 이사인 B 사이쿠마르는 파트너십에 대해 "아레는 웁TV 바자르의 OTT 플랫폼을 통해 인도와 전 세계 관객에게 다가갈 수 있어 흥분하고 있다. 우리는 YuppTV와의 장기적 제휴를 기대하며 Yupp에 관한 더 많은 콘텐츠 제공에 협력하기를 바란다.TV 바자."[36][37]

아레는 2016년 9월 뭄바이에 본사를 둔 고퀘스트 미디어와 결탁해 아레의 콘텐츠를 디지털 방식으로 전 세계에 배포하고 수익화했다.[38][39]

2016년 9월 아레도 소니리브와 유통 제휴를 발표했다. 이번 제휴로 소니리브 사용자들은 자사의 웹 및 모바일 플랫폼에서 아레의 최신 웹 시리즈를 시청할 수 있게 되었다. 아레의 전체 비디오 컨텐츠 라이브러리는 소니리브의 광범위한 카탈로그의 일부로 적절한 시기에 제공될 것이다.[40][41] 이는 2016년 11월 양사가 공동 제작할 배우 리트비키 단자니 주연의 디지털 시리즈를 공동 제작한다는 발표에 이은 것이다. 개봉은 2017년 초로 예정되어 있다.[42]

아레는 2016년 10월 현재 프랑스 최대 텔레비전 네트워크인 TF1 Xtra, 보다폰 플레이와도 제휴하고 있다.[43]

아레는 2017년 2월 오라플레이와 제휴해 아레 디지털 콘텐츠로 올라의 커넥티드카 플랫폼을[44] 통해 스트리밍할 수 있게 됐다.

2021년 8월 인도에서 기아 셀토스와 3회에 걸쳐 기아와 콜라보레이션이 진행되었다.
