안드레이 세피(Andrei Sepci, 1911년 10월 7일 ~ 1992년 12월 3일)는 루마니아의 전 축구 선수 겸 감독이다.[3]그는 1964-65년 큐파 로마니 캠페인의 성공적 추진을 이끌었던 감독이었다.[4]a Cluj를 지도한 매니저였다.
