안데스 테크놀로지 코퍼레이션은 32/64비트 내장형 CPU 코어의 대만 공급 업체로, RISC-V 국제 협회(International Association)의 창립 프리미어 회원이다.[1] 임베디드 시장에 초점을 맞추고, SoC 개발을 위한 통합 개발 환경과 관련 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어를 갖춘 CPU 코어를 제공한다.[2][3] 안데스는 세계 5위의 IP 기업이다.[4][5][6] 안데스코어가 내장된 SoC는 50억대 이상(2019년) 출하됐다.[7] [8]

역사

안데스는 2005년[9] 대만 신추사이언스파크에서 설립돼 대만증권거래소에 상장돼 2017년 3월 14일 거래를 시작했다.[10]

2016년 안데스는 RISC-V 국제협회에 가입해 2020년 창립 프리미어 회원이 됐다.[1] 안데스는 2017년 안데스타™ V5 아키텍처를 기반으로 RISC-V 프로세서를 추가해 제품군을 확대했다.[11]

Andes CPU cores are applied to applications including 5G, ADAS, AI/machine learning, AR/VR, audio, blockchain, Bluetooth, cloud computing, data centers, gaming, GPS, IoT, MCU, security, sensing, sensor fusion, SSD controllers, storage, touch screen and TDDI controllers, USB 3.0 storage, voice recognition, Wi-Fi, wireless charger and so on.[12][13]
