알마과어(스페인어 발음: [almaˈeɾ])는 콜롬비아의 카우카 주(Cauca)부에 있는 마을이자 자치 단체다.

1551년 바스코 데 구즈만과 알론소 데 푸엔 시장이 설립한 이 시군은 면적은 520km²이고 인구는 2만1300명이다.[2] 인구는 주로 농업에 종사한다.
