TSheets는 웹 기반 및 모바일 시간 추적 및 직원 스케줄링 앱이다. 이 서비스는 웹 브라우저나 휴대 전화에서 실행된다. TSheets는 종이 타임시트나 펀치 카드의 대안이다.

역사

아이다호 이글에 본사를 둔 TSheets는 2006년 CEO 맷 리스셀과[1] CTO 브랜든 젬에 의해 공동 설립되었다. 2008년, TSheets는 아이폰의 원어민 직원 시간 추적 앱을 출시했다. 2012년에 TSheets는 회계 및 급여 소프트웨어 QuickBooks와의 통합을 발표했다. 2015년 TSheets는 Summit Partners로부터 1,500만 달러의 성장 지분 자금을 받아 아이다호주 이글에 있는 건물을 매입하고 호주 시드니에 두 번째 지점을 열었다.

인튜잇은 2017년 12월 5일 TSheets 인수 협약을 발표했다. 이 거래는 현금과 기타 대가가 약 3억 4천만 달러로 평가되며 2018년 1월 11일에 마감된다. 거래가 종료된 후 타임캡처는 인튜이트의 중소기업 및 자영업 그룹 내에서 리더 역할 보고를 맡은 맷 리셀과 함께 새로운 사업부가 되었다. 아이다호 TSheets의 이글 사이트는 인튜이트의 위치가 되었다.[2]

TSheets는 매우 기본적인 웹 기반 시간 추적 소프트웨어로 시작되었으며, 현재는 GPS 위치 추적, 원활한 소프트웨어 통합 및 사용자 지정 설정을 갖춘 모바일 시간 추적 및 스케줄링 소프트웨어/앱이 되었다.[citation needed]
