Sunset (computing)

IT(정보기술) 분야에서는 서버, 서비스, 소프트웨어 기능 등을 의도적으로 제거하거나 중단할 계획을 세우는 것입니다.대부분의 경우, 이 용어는 이러한 중단이 사용자에게 미리 공지되며, 일반적으로 예상되는 일정도 포함된다는 것을 의미합니다.일몰이 발표된 후 해당 하드웨어나 소프트웨어에 대한 변경은 거의 이루어지지 않습니다. 이러한 작업은 곧 종료될 경우 역효과를 낳기 때문입니다.그러나 경우에 따라서는 애플리케이션, 서버 또는 서비스의 개별 기능이 다른 시간에 단계적으로 중단되어 최종적으로 완전히 [1][2][3][4][5][6][7]종료될 수 있습니다.
