수프라
Soufra수프라(Soufra [1]Kitchen이라고도 함)는 레바논 [2]베이루트에 있는 부르즈 엘 바라즈네의 난민 캠프에 있는 마리암 샤르에 의해 설립된 비정부 급식 회사이다.팔레스타인 전통 요리를 되살리고 음식점과 푸드트럭을 통해 팔아 생계를 유지하는 캠프 여성들을 고용하고 있다.
다큐멘터리
Soufra는 Thomas Morgan이 감독하고 Susan Sarandon이 제작한 동명의 다큐멘터리의 주제였다.2017년에 [3][4]발매되었습니다.이 영화는 2018년 샌디에이고 국제 영화제에서 최우수 다큐멘터리상을 [5]포함하여 두 개의 상을 받았다.
