심바한-탈라가스 보호 경관은 필리핀 오로라 북부의 보호 지역으로 중부 루손의 시에라 마드레 산맥의 주요 분수령을 보존하고 있다. 카시구란 소리로 비워지는 산가이 강과 디날룽안 시의 우미히엠 하천 등 심바한과 탈라가스 강의 헤드워터를 담고 있다. 공원의 상당 부분이 숲으로 덮여 있고, 나머지 지역은 경작지, 관목지, 초원, 조성지, 하천세척지 등이다.[1] 이 공원의 동물들 중에는 필리핀 사슴, 필리핀 긴꼬리마카크, 그리고 아비파우나의 풍부한 종들이 있다. Its location in north central Sierra Madre is covered by dipterocarp forest, composed of Shorea almon (Philippine mahogany), Shorea polysperma (tanguile), Shorea squamata (mayapis), Shorea contorta (white lauan), Shorea negrosensis (red lauan), and Parashorea malaanonan (bagtikan).[2]
1992년 유역 산림보호구역으로 처음 조성된 2,266.49헥타르(5,600.6에이커) 공원은 2000년 보호경관지구로 승격됐다.[3][4] 오로라 지방의 5대 보호구역 중 하나이다.
