인도 국경도시 차무르치 인근 삼트세는 부탄 삼트세 구에 있는 마을이다. 이 마을의 인구는 2017년 기준으로 5,396명이다.[1] 이것은 삼세마을이 안에 있는 삼세지구와 혼동해서는 안 된다. 2005년 인구조사 당시 지구 인구는 6만100명이었고 2010년에는 6만5387명으로 추산됐다.[2]
