RxList는 WebMD Consumer Network에 소유 및 운영되는 사이트로 2004년 12월 WebMD에 인수되었다.[4]
RxList는 약사와 의사가 작성한 내용과 FDA, Cerner Multum, First Data Bank, Inc.와 같은 신뢰할 수 있는 출처가 제공한 데이터를 제공한다.[5]RxList는 WebMD Consumer Network의 일부로서 WebMD.com과 동일한 개인 정보 보호 정책을 고수하며 TRUSTe에 의해 인증을 받았다.[6]
