로물루스 치하이아(Romulus Chihaia, 1952년 3월 4일 출생)는 전 루마니아 프로축구 선수 겸 감독이다.그는 옥타비아누스 치하아의 아버지다.[1][2]그는 프랑스에서 열린 1974년판 루마니아 학생 축구팀과 함께 유니버시아드 금메달을 땄으며, 라슬로 볼뢰니, 게오르게 물레슈쿠, 댄 펄티니차누, 폴 카잔과 함께 뛰었다.[3]
