필립 옥센든 파피런(Philip Oxenden Papillon, 1826년 8월 1일 ~ 1899년 [1]8월 16일)은 영국의 보수당 정치인이다.
인생
그는 아크리스의 토마스 파피론과 7대 남작 [2]헨리 옥센든 경의 딸인 그의 아내 프랜시스 메리 옥센든의 아들이었다.그는 1841년부터 럭비 학교에서 교육을 받았고 1844년 옥스퍼드 유니버시티 칼리지에 입학하여 1848년 학사, 1851년 [3][4]석사 학위를 받았다.그는 [5]1852년 내사원 변호사로 불려갔다.
파피용은 1859년 총선에서 콜체스터의 보수당 의원으로 선출돼 1865년까지 의석을 유지하다가 재선에 도전했으나 [6]낙선했다.
