피터 에버윈

피터 폴 에버와인(Peter Paul Everwine, 1930년 2월 14일 ~ 2018년 10월 28일)은 미국의 시인이었다.

인생

1930년 2월 14일 미시건 주 디트로이트에서 태어난 ^[1]에버윈은 펜실베이니아 서부 지역에서 자랐고, 중서부에서 교육을 받았다.^[2]1962년 프레즈노 주립대학의 교수진인 필립 레빈에 입사하였다.^[3]그는 1992년에 그곳에서 은퇴했다.

그는 이스라엘 하이파 대학에서 미국 시의 풀브라이트 수석강사였다.2008년에는 리드 칼리지의 작가 방문 중이었다.^[4]

에버윈은 7개의 시집을 저술한 사람이다.그의 시는 파리 평론,^[5] 안타에우스,^[6] 미국 시 평론 등에 실렸다.^[7]

그는 캘리포니아 프레즈노에서 살았고, 그곳에서 2018년 10월 28일 88세의 나이로 세상을 떠났다.^[1]
