팔라나스 시(Palanas)는 필리핀 마스바테 지방의 4급 시(市)이다.2020년 인구조사에 따르면 인구는 2만7322명이다.[3]

Palanas was created in 1951 from the barrios of Palanas, Nipa, Nabangig, Banco, Pina, Maanahao, Salvacion, Antipolo, Malatawan, Intusan, Miabas, San Antonio, Libtong, Malibas, Santa Cruz, Bontod and Cabil-isan of Dimasalang.[5]매년 12월 19일에 "파사야와 레온" 축제를 기념한다.
