오버캐스트(Overcast)는 미국의 메탈코어 밴드로 1990년대 초반부터 시작되었으나 1998년 투어에서 성공하지 못하고 헤어졌다.[3]그 밴드는 종종 메탈코어의 선구자로 여겨진다.[4][5][6]

2006년 재결합해 뉴잉글랜드 메탈과 하드코어 페스티벌의 2006년 편곡을 연주했으며, 11곡의 리바운드 투 킬 어게인(Rebonna to Kill Again)이라는 새 앨범을 발매한다고 발표했다.[7][8]2011년, 전 오버캐스트 밴드 동료인 마이크 드 안토니오, 피트 코르티즈, 브라이언 페어는 그들의 새로운 사이드 프로젝트인 데스 레이 비전의 형성을 발표했다.[9]
