프랑스 조선업체 오셀라가 '오셀라 FPB 72'라고 불리는 고속단정을 설계해 판매했다.[1][2][3][4][5] 2018년[update] 6월 현재 FPB 72척을 수리남, 나이지리아, 필리핀에 인도했다.
디자인
선박의 길이는 24m(78ft 9인치)이며 최고 속도는 30노트(56km/h; 35mph)이다.[1][2][3][4] 그들은 기관총이나 오토캐논으로 무장할 수 있다.
7척의 오사 FPB 72척이 나이지리아 해군에 인도되었다. 2013년 NNS 옥포쿠, NNS 보마디, NNS 바다그리 등이 납품됐다.[5] 2017년 NNS 시로로와 NNS 오세가 납품됐다.[1][2] 2018년 NNS 공골라와 NNS 칼라바가 납품됐다.[2]
수리남 해안경비대
2012년 11월 수리남의 국방부와 내무부는 프랑스 회사인 오사로부터 3척의 경비함을 해안경비대에 사들였다. 이 주문은 1600만 유로의 가치가 있었다. 이들 초계함은 수산보호와 수리남 해역 해적 반격에 이용될 예정이다. 2013년 6월 오사 FPB 98형인 초고속함(P201)이 인도됐다.[6] 첫 배는 프랑스 생나자르 항에서 컨테이너선을 싣고 파라마리보에 도착했다. 2013년 7월말까지 [7]FPB 72종인 나머지 2척의 선박(P101 & P102)의 인도.
필리핀 해안 경비대
On September 9, 2014, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) through the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and the French Shipbuilder OCEA entered an agreement to supply the latter with four 24 m FPB-72 Patrol Boats and one 82 m (269 ft 0 in) OPV-270 Offshore Patrol Vessel provided by a loan granted by the French Government.[8]
FPB-72 경비정은 필리핀 해양경찰청에서 보라카이급 경비함으로 지정돼 있다.
FPB-72 4대 중 첫 번째인 BRP 보라카이는 2018년 8월 8일 필리핀 수빅의 알라바 부두에, 두 번째 보트인 BRP 팡라오는 9월 3일에 도착했다. 보라카이와 팡라오는 2018년 10월 17일 PCG 기념식 축전 때 함께 위촉되었다.[9]
4척 가운데 3척인 BRP 말라마위호는 2018년 7월 출항해 2018년 11월까지 인도될 예정이다. 필리핀 해안경비대 소속 4번째이자 마지막 FPB-72 경비함인 BRP 칼랑가만이 2018년 8월 13일 취항해 2019년 1월까지 인도될 예정이다.

The FPB 72s are 24 metres long and 5.8 metres wide. They can reach a speed of up to 35 knots and have a range of 600 miles at 12 knots. Crew is ten. They are equipped with a rigid-hulled inflatable boat on the aft deck.

Entirely designed and built by OCEA, this versatile and competitive 24 m type OCEA FPB 72 MKII is based on the model already operated by the Surinam Coast Guard (2 units) and Nigerian Navy (7 units) and adapted to meet the operational requirements of the Philippine Coast Guards.
