마리아 무소케(Maria G.N. Musoke, 1955년 1월 19일 ~ )는 우간다의 정보 과학자이자 학자이다.그녀는 정보과학 [citation needed]박사학위를 취득한 최초의 여성이다.그녀는 우간다의 Kyambogo University에서 정보과학 교수이자 부총장(2018년 5월 ~ )을 맡고 있습니다.그녀는 또한 우간다 국립과학아카데미의 평의원(2019-2022)을 맡고 있다.

초기 생활과 교육

무소케는 1955년 1월 19일 우간다 중부 마사카 구에서 태어났다.그녀는 Trinity College Nabbingo에서 보통 수준의 자격증과 고급 수준의 수업 (S1-S6)을 들었습니다.1974년에 메이커레 대학에 입학해 식물학, 동물학, 교육을 공부해, 1978년에 이학사 및 교육학 학사 학위를 취득했습니다.이후 1980년 사서학 석사학위를 취득하고 영국 웨일즈 대학에서 건강정보를 전공하는 사서학 및 정보과학 석사과정을 밟았다.2001년, 그녀는 셰필드 대학을 졸업하여 우간다에서 정보과학 [1]박사 학위를 취득한 최초의 여성이 되었다.

프로 경력

Musoke는 2004년부터 2014년까지 Makerere University Library의 도서관이 되기 전에 Makere University의 Albert Cook Medical Library의 도서관으로 근무했습니다.그 후 그녀는 2010년에 최초의 여성 정보과학 교수가 되었다.그녀는 이후 2015년 Makerere 대학의 동아프리카 도서관 정보 과학 학교에 입학했다.2018년 5월, Kyambogo [3]University의 학무[2] 담당 부총장으로 임명되었습니다.그녀는 몇 [4][5]권의 출판물을 저술했다.
