잎색도(LCC)는 벼의 질소 농도를 식물의 잎의 녹색 음영에 비례하여 결정하는 데 사용되는 진단 도구다. 그것은 황록색에서 짙은 녹색에 이르는 적어도 4개의 색 판넬을 포함하고 있는 자 모양의 띠이다. 식물의 잎을 색판과 비교하여 질소 비료가 얼마나 필요한지 결정한다. 그것은 국제 쌀 연구소에서 개발되었다.[1][2][3]

IRRI는 캘리포니아 대학 협력 확장부의 도움으로 LCC를 표준화했다. 표준화된 버전은 12.7 센티미터(5.0 인치) 길이로 4개의 색상 패널이 있다.[2]
