레로이 에이브럼스(1874~1956)는 미국의 식물학자 겸 작가였다.[1][2] 그는 스탠포드 대학의 식물학 교수였다.[2] 그는 록사나 페리스의 편찬과 편집을 거쳐, 마지막 권이 사후에 출판된 4권짜리 태평양 주의 일러스트레이티드 플로라를 쓰고 삽화를 그렸다.[2]

그와 그의 아내는 산타클라라 계곡이 내려다보이는 집이 있었다.[2] 그들의 외동딸인 딸이 그를 앞질렀다.[2]

표준 저자의 약칭인 에이브람스는 식물명을 인용할 때 이 사람을 저자로 표기하기 위해 사용된다.[3]
