라몬드-릭스 근린 도서관은 워싱턴 D.C. 퀸즈 채플 근교에 있는 컬럼비아 공공 도서관의 분관이다.그것은 사우스다코타 애비뉴 NE 5401번지에 위치해 있다.[1][2][3] 주민들은 1957년에 이 지역을 위한 도서관을 요청했었다. 현재의 건물은 2백만 달러를 들여 1983년에 문을 열었다.[4][5]
2010년대 후반, 시는 Hammel, Green, Abrahamson이 설계한 도서관을 재건하기 위한 2천만 달러 프로젝트를 승인했다.[3][5][6][7]2021년 1월 4일 건물 래칭 작업이 시작되었으며, 2022년 봄 준공 예정으로 그 달 현재 공사가 진행 중이다.[5][8]
