KDDI Mobile

KDDI 모바일은 미국에서 운영되던 휴대전화 서비스였다. 이 브랜드는 미국에 거주하는 일본인들의 요구를 충족시키기 위해 일본 통신 회사 KDDI의 현지 지점인 KDDI America에 설립되었다. 이 서비스는 원래 스프린트 네트워크에서 운영되었고, 나중에는 AT&T에서 MVNO로 운영되었다.[1] 당초 일본 주재원들을 대상으로 한 이들은 일본제 KDDI 모바일 6600-J 단말기를 제공했고,[2] 이들의 계획서에는 일본과의 통화 내용이 포함돼 있었다.

2019년 1월 미국 h2o Wireless 및 KDDI MVNO의 운영사인 로쿠스 텔레커뮤니케이션은 Telrite Holdings, Inc.에 의해 KDDI America로부터 인수되어 KDDI MVNO가 소멸되었다.[3][4][5][6][7][8]
