제임스 다우니(1981년 3월 23일생)는 전 아일랜드 럭비 유니온 선수다.그는 센터로 뛰었다.2016년 5월 다우니는 럭비 은퇴를 선언했다.[1]

초년기

다우니는 벨베데레 대학에서 교육을 받았으며, 그곳에서 라이스터 스쿨 주니어 컵에서 우승했다.
