홉킨 베반
Hopkin Bevan홉킨 베반(Hopkin Bevan, 1765–1839)은 칼뱅주의 감리교 목사 겸 작가였다.
초년기
1765년 5월 4일에 태어난 그의 부모는 글래모건 주의 랑기펠라크 킬프른워의 리스, 메리 베반이다.[1][2]어렸을 때 그는 고향에서 학교를 다녔고, 그 후 스완지에서 교육을 받았다.그는 1788년[3] 고파파에서 감리교도에 합류하여 1792년경 설교를 시작했다.[1]
경력
1811년 여름 란데일로에서 서품된 그는 최초의 서품된 칼뱅주의 감리교 목사들 중 한 명이었다.[2][4]그는 Langyfelach에 있는 베델 예배당의 목사였다.[5]그의 저술 작품에는 다음과 같은 것이 있다.Ychidig Hanes neu Goffowdwriaeth(1838), 찬송가 a Penillion(1838), 자서전(1840).그는 1839년 12월 29일 사망하였고, 랑기펠라크의 베델 예배당에 안장되었다.[1][3]
