짐노크테비우스 세미놀은 히드라에나과에 속하는 작은 딱정벌레의 [2]일종이다.1965년 [1][3]8월 27일 플로리다주 에버글레이즈 국립공원의 플라밍고 북쪽 스네이크 베이트 트레일을 따라 "쏘그래스-망그로브 지역"에서 수집된 한 마리의 성인 수컷 표본에서만 알려져 있다.이 표본은 길이가 1.20mm(0.047인치)로 비교적 튼튼한 몸체를 [1]가지고 있었다.그것은 G. [1]oppositus와 가장 유사하다.이 종은 플로리다의 [1]세미놀족들의 이름을 따서 붙여졌다.
