프랭크 어빈
Frank Irvine
프랭크 어바인(Frank Irvine, 1858년 9월 15일 ~ 1931년 6월 23일)은 연방판사였으며, 이후 코넬 로스쿨 학장이었다.[1]
전기
펜실베이니아 주 샤론에서 태어난 어바인은 1880년 코넬 대학교를 졸업했고 1883년 워싱턴 D.C.의 국립대학교 법학전문대학원(National University School of Law)을 졸업했다.1884년까지 미국 지방 검사 보조원으로 일하면서 콜롬비아 구역의 술집에 입점을 한 후, 네브라스카 주 오마하로 이사했다.1891년 주지사 제임스 E. 보이드는 어바인을 주 지방법원에 임명했다.[2]
1922년에 그는 의회에 지명되었다.[3]1931년 6월 23일 뉴욕 이타카에서 사망하였다.[4]
