펠리시티 헌팅퍼드

Felicity Huntingford

펠리시티 앤 헌팅포드 FRSE (Felicity Anne Huntingford FRSE, 1948년 6월 17일 출생)[1]는 물고기 행동 연구로 유명한 수생 생태학자다.

경력

헌팅포드의 연구 관심사는 스틱백의 공격성과 양식 어류의 복지를 포함한다.

그녀는 "동물 행동 연구"라는 교과서를 [2][3]포함하여 널리 인용되고 리뷰된 몇몇 책의 저자가자 편집자다.

헌팅포드는 영국 섬 어업 협회,[4] 동물 행동 연구 협회, 세계 어업 협회 회장을 역임했다.[5] 그녀는 글래스고 대학의 기능 생태학 명예교수다.

수상 및 명예

헌팅포드는 1996년 에든버러 왕립학회에 유기체 및 환경생물학 분야로 선출되었다.[6]

헌팅포드는 몇몇 명명된 강연 시리즈에서 초청 강사로 발표하였다. 헌팅포드는 동물행동연구협회로부터 2001년 틴버겐 강연을 받았다.[7] 그녀는 또한 2012 영국 섬 어업 협회 (FSBI) 잭 존스 강의를 했다.[8]

헌팅포드는 2006년 ASAB 메달과[9] 2013년 FSBI 베버튼 메달을 포함한 몇몇 주요 학술상으로 영예를 안았다.[10]
