엘레니 도이카(Eleni Doika 11월 15일 ~ 1995년 11월는 그리스의 그룹 리듬체조 선수다. 그녀는 국제 대회에서 국가를 대표한다.
그녀는 2012년 런던 하계 올림픽에 참가했다. 2011년, 2013년, 2014년, 2015년 세계 리듬체조선수권대회 등 세계선수권대회에도 출전했다.[1] 그녀는 2015년 바쿠에서 열린 유럽 대회에도 출전했다.
그녀는 2016년 리우데자네이루 올림픽의 그리스 리듬체조 팀의 일원이었다. 그 팀은 예선전에서 13위를 기록했고 결승전에 진출하지 못했다.[2]
