배달 바코드 정렬기
Delivery Bar Code Sorter배달 바코드 정렬기(DBCS)는 미국 우체국에서 주로 사용하는 우편물 구분 기계다. 1990년에 도입된 이 기계들은 99%의 정확도로 시간당 약 36,000개의 비율로 문자를 분류한다.[1] 컴퓨터는 우편물의 주소를 스캔하여 286개의 포켓 중 하나로 분류하여 우편 배달원이 배달할 수 있도록 설정한다.[2]
