나이지리아 방위산업공사(DICON,[2] Defense Industries Corporation of Nigeria)는 나이지리아 국군이 운영하는 국영 방위공단이다.국방장비와 민간제품의 생산을 담당한다.
역사
디콘은 1964년 나이지리아 국회에서의 의회 활동을 통해 설립되었다.[3]
2018년부터 2021년 3월까지 빅터 옥우딜리 에즈그우 소장이 DICON의 사무국장에 임명되었다.[4]
우조 소령은 2021년 3월 DG에 임명됐다.

It makes licensed copies of the Mills M36M (M36) handgrenade, Browning P-35 (NP-1) pistol, Beretta M12 (PMG-12) submachine gun, Beretta BM59 and FN FAL (NR1 Model 7.62) battle rifles, FN MAG (GPMG) machinegun, and RPG-7 (RPG) rocket launcher.7.62mm AK-47 돌격소총의 복사본인 OBJ-006은 2006년 디콘사에서 제작했다.[5]
다이콘은 최근 폴란드 FB 5.56mm kbs wz.96 베릴 돌격 소총의 복제품 제조권을 확보했는데, 이는 아마도 사용 중인 FAL 및/또는 AK-47을 대체하기 위한 것일 수 있다.[6]
디콘과 마롬돌핀은 2012년부터 2019년까지 탄도 조끼 생산을 위한 합작법인 설립 협약을 체결했다.[7]2013년 DICON 관계자들은 나이지리아에서 만든 DICON 공장의 탄도 조끼가 표준 이하의 조건에서 만들어졌다는 주장을 부인했다.[8]마롬돌핀과의 계약만료 후 디콘과 임페리움 인더스트리즈 니그가 협업한 디콘스페셜 장비가 탄생했다.Ltd.
디콘 특수장비는 방탄조끼, 헬멧, 커버롤, 유니폼 등 관련 품목의 생산을 전문으로 한다.
2019년 10월 3일, 디콘은 에즈그우 MRAP로 알려진 최초의 장갑차를 공개했다.[9]MRAP는 나이지리아 육군 지휘 엔지니어링 디포와 협력하여 만들어졌다.[9]2018년 말 DICON 국장 보코하람과의 전투에 공을 들인 것으로 알려진 빅토르 에즈그우 소장의 이름을 따서 지은 것이다.[11][12]이것은 육군참모총장의 기념식에서 공개적으로 보여졌다.나이지리아 군인의 날 행사 중 아부자 국제 무역 박람회 단지에서 투쿠르 부라타이.[9]
다이콘은 2020년 코로나바이러스 발생 시 인공호흡기, 안면보호제, 마스크, 손세정제 등을 생산했다.[13]
