David Sehat은 미국의 학자다. 그는 조지아 주립대학의 미국 지적문화사 교수다.[1] 그는 옥스퍼드 주 로테르미어 아메리칸 연구소와 발리올 칼리지의 2017-18년 존 G. 위넌트 미국 정부 방문 교수였다.[2] 그는 두 권의 책을 저술했다. 그는 미국 종교 자유의 신화로 미국 역사학자 협회의 2012 프레더릭 잭슨 터너 상을 수상했다.[3]
