다르샤는 [1][2]네팔 남부 룸비니 구역 팔파 구에 있는 람푸르 시의 마을이다.자치시는 2014년 5월 18일 기존의 가다꼿, 게하, 칼리반, 다르차 마을 발전 위원회를 통합하여 설립되었다.1991년 네팔 인구 조사 당시에는 986가구에 [3]5511명이 살고 있었다.
