컬러 호
컬러 호수는 메릴랜드 [1][2]주 프레데릭에 있는 인공 호수이다.호수는 빗물 관리의 일환으로 이용되고 있으며 지역사회의[3] 휴양지로 2016년 [4]복원 및 활성화되었다.호수는 베이커 [5][6]공원에 위치해 있다.
역사
1938년에 그 호수는 원래 키드윌러라고 불렸다.1940년에 그 호수는 [4]시장 로이드 컬러를 기리기 위해 컬러 호수로 개명되었다.호수는 인공으로 만들어졌으며 프레드릭 메릴랜드 시내를 홍수로부터 보호하는 빗물 관리 시스템의 일부 역할을 한다.2016년에 호수는 준설되었고 500대의 덤프트럭의 잔해와 침전물을 [3][7]제거했다.그 도시는 호수에 물고기를 비축하고 그곳에서 [8]축제가 열린다.
