차별방지위원회(CPD)는 [1]불가리아의 국가평등기구이다.차별 방지, 차별 방지, 기회 균등을 목적으로 2005년 4월 '차별금지법'에 따라 만들어졌다.위원회는 파리 원칙을 준수하고 법적 구속력을 갖는 결정을 내린다.과태료와 강제 행정조치를 [2]부과할 수 있다.
CPD는 Equinet의 멤버이며 국가인권기관의 [3]국제조정위원회의 B등급 인증을 보유하고 있다.
