크리스 더피(Chris Duffy, 1987년 12월 17일 뉴욕 출생)는 마이너리그 야구 선수로 현재 자유계약선수(FA)이다.
대학진로
더피는 2006년 메이저리그 드래프트 9라운드에서 시카고 화이트삭스에 의해 사이프레스 크릭 고등학교에서 징집되었으나, 센트럴 플로리다 대학교에 입학하기로 결정되어 2007년부터 2010년까지 센트럴 플로리다 나이츠 야구팀에서 외야수로 뛰었다.[1]그의 부모님은 그가 성숙하기 위해 대학에 진학할 것을 제안했다.[2]
더피는 나이츠에서 선수 생활을 통해 선발로 나섰지만 4할4푼7리 21홈런 81타점을 기록하며 선배로서 브레이크아웃 시즌을 보냈다.[1]그는 골든 스파이크스상 최종 후보로 선정되어 1군 올아메리칸 상을 받았다.[1][3][4][5][6]
더피는 현재 C-미국 최고 타율(0.447), 장타율(850)을 보유하고 있다.[1]
직업 경력
더피는 필라델피아 필리스가 2010년 메이저리그 드래프트 26라운드에서 초안을 작성했다.그는 2012년 시즌을 레이크우드 블루클라우스와 클리어워터 타작가로 갈라놓기 전까지 2010년과 2011년 시즌 전체를 GCL 필리스와 함께 보냈다.[6][7][8]
2013년 4월, 더피는 캠던 리버샤크와 계약했다.[9]
더피는 결국 캔암 리그의 뉴저지 자칼스와 함께 한 해를 보냈다.[10]그는 타율 0.293에 13홈런 63타점을 기록했고 리그 올스타팀에 지명되었다.
