찰스 W. 빌링스(Charles W. Billings, 1866년 11월 26일 ~ 1928년 12월 13일)는 1912년 하계 올림픽 미국 트랩슈팅 팀의 일원으로 팀 클레이 비둘기에서 금메달을 획득한 뉴저지 출신의 정치가 겸 경쟁력 있는 슈터였다.[1]그는 뉴욕 애슬레틱 클럽의 회원이었다.[2]그는 1911년과 1913년에 모두 뉴욕 트래버스 아일랜드에 출전했다.[3]

그는 1866년 11월 26일 뉴저지 주 이튼타운에서 태어났다.[4]
