역사

이 집은 18세기 초 더 오래된 집의 터에 지어졌고, 1872년 제임스 피어스 세인트 오빈에 의해 대대적으로 개조되었다가 1970년대에 복원되었다.[1]플랑드르 본드 벽돌공장에 있는 3층짜리 이 집은 정면 5칸에 필라스터가 1층 창문 옆에 붙어 있다.[1]

19세기 후반에 이 집은 브라질의 상인 찰스 폴 핍스(1815–1880),[2][3] 웨스트베리의 보수당 하원의원(1869–1874)과 윌트셔의 고등보안관(1875)이 소유하였다.Phips 가문과 관련된 몇몇 논문은 Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre에 의해 보관된다.[4]
