캄필로토아과(Campylonotidea)는 새우과(Campilonotae)와 바스티팔라에몽엘라과(Bathypalaemonellae)의 두 가문을 포함하고 있다.페너 A. 체이스는 그것을 훨씬 더 큰 슈퍼 패밀리 팔라이모노이데마의 자매 집단으로 여겼는데, 페레오포드의 부재를 페레오포드의 부재를 공유하고 있으며, 첫 번째 페레오포드가 두 번째에 비해 얇다는 사실을 공유하고 있다.[1]브라켄 외 연구진은 분자 계통유전학을 이용하여 캄필론로토아이데아가 아티요이데아에 더 가까울 수 있다고 제안했다.[2]3개의 제네라에는 16종이 묘사되어 있다; 화석은 알려져 있지 않다.[3]
