Balestier Point는 싱가포르 Balestier에 있는 고층 복합 건물로, 저층에는 소매점이, 고층에는 주거용 유닛이 있습니다.

역사

1986년 건축가인 Chan Fook Pong이 설계하고 건축 회사인 Regional Development Consortium이 건설한 Balestier Point는 Balestier [1][2]Road를 따라 지어진 최초의 고층 건물 중 하나였다.이 건물은 원래 센트럴 플라자 콤플렉스로 알려졌으며 해비타트 [2]67에서 영감을 받았다.그 건물은 루비 [1]극장이 있던 자리에 지어졌다.건물의 처음 두 층은 상업용 상점들이 차지하고 있고, 그 다음 두 층의 잉어공원과 13층의 주거용 [3]건물들이 그 뒤를 잇고 있다.이 건물에는 KTV [4]라운지도 있다.이 건물은 블록들을 겹겹이 쌓아올린 것처럼 생겼으며 [5]1986년 싱가포르 건축협회로부터 명예로운 언급상을 받았다.그 건물의 독특한 디자인은 또한 그것을 지역의 [3]랜드마크로 만들었다.

그 건물은 발레스티에 유산 산책로에 [2]포함되었다.2020년에 이 빌딩의 11개의 프리홀드 상업용 유닛이 6500만 [6][7]달러에 매물로 나왔다.
