아델 로만스키(Adellededelə roʊmænskiː/)는 미국의 독립영화 제작자다. 그녀는 영화 '문라이트'와 '미국의 잠버릇 신화'를 제작한 것으로 가장 잘 알려져 있다. 문라이트 감독은 제89회 아카데미 시상식에서 8개의 오스카상 후보에 올랐으며 [1]로만스키 감독, 디데 가드너 감독, 제레미 클라이너 감독상을 수상했다.[2][3]

사생활

로만스키는 플로리다의 베니스에서 자랐다. 그녀는 2001년에 파인뷰 학교를 졸업했고, 이후 2004년에 플로리다 주립대학을 졸업했다.[4] 그녀는 배리 젠킨스 감독과 함께 FSU에 참석했다.[5]

그녀는 아카데미상 후보에 오른 영화감독 제임스 랙스턴과 결혼했으며, 그는 자신이 제작한 영화 몇 편을 제작했다.[6]

경력

2017년 1월, 로만스키가 <여자친구 경험> 시즌 2의 제작책임자가 될 것이라고 발표되었다.[7] 그녀는 2018년에 개봉한 언더 실버 레이크를 제작했다. 그녀는 배리 젠킨스의 2학년 특집인 문라이트에게 컨셉을 결정하게 하고 장소를 스카우트하며 마허샬라 알리에게 후안 역을 추천하는 등 그를 부추기는 데 큰 역할을 했다.[8][9] 그녀는 2016년 영화 '문라이트'를 제작하여 아카데미 작품상을 수상했다.

로만스키 감독은 제작 외에도 2012년 영화 '너처럼 날 찾아줘'를 쓰고 감독하기도 했다.[10][11]

2018년 2월 제68회 베를린국제영화제 본선 경쟁부문 심사위원으로 선정되었다.[12]
