APSE
APSEAPSE는 Ada Programming Support Environment의 약자로, Ada 프로그래밍 언어의 소프트웨어 개발을 지원하기 위한 프로그래밍 환경의 규격이었다.이는 미군용 에이다 프로젝트의 2단계를 의미했다. 언어가 구현되면 표준 도구 세트를 지정하고 구현할 필요가 있다고 생각되었고, 따라서 APSE CAIS-A, Common APSE Interface Set A가 MIL STD-1838A에 정의되었다.
CAIS는 운영 체제 전반에서 개발 도구의 이식성을 가능하게 하는 일련의 Ada APIs를 정의한다.[1]1988년 현재, CAIS 구현은 Unix, VMS 및 IBM MVS를 위해 개발되었다.[1]
