AHCPR Tigray 조사
ACHPR Tigray investigationAHCPR 티그레이 조사는 아프리카 인권위원회(ACHPR)가 티그레이 전쟁에서 발생한 인권침해 사건에 대해 민간인 사법외 처형과 성폭력 등 수사하는 내용이다.ACPR은 2021년 5월 12일 ACPR 결의 482호에 따라 조사를 실시하기 위해 Tigray 지역 실태 조사 위원회를 설치하였다.[1]

AHCPR은 2021년 5월 12일 결의안 482호에서 티그레이 전쟁에서 발생하는 총인권침해 조사를 위한 위원회를 신설하기로 하고 아프리카인권헌장 제45조제2항과 46조에 따른 에티오피아의 의무, 불간섭 원칙, 인권침해에 대한 기존 문서 등을 참고하기로 했다.전쟁, 그리고 EHRC-OHCHR Tigray 조사와 같은 다른 조사.티그레이 지역 실태조사위원회는 3개월의 갱신기간을 두고 증거수집, 가해자 파악, 근본원인 규명, 신고 등을 통해 민간인의 사법외 처형, 성폭력 등 총인권침해를 조사하도록 위임받아 설치되었다.g 결과와 인권침해 패턴이 지속되는 것을 막기 위한 권고안 작성.[1]2021년 8월, 위원회는 3개월 더 갱신되었다.[2]
위치
위원회의 본부는 에티오피아와 "여건이 충족될 때 가까운 나라들"로 여행하는 것을 목표로 반줄에 있다.[1][3]
리더십 및 구조
Rémy Ngoy Lumbu, ACPR 부의장이 위원회의 의장이다.[4]위원회에는 마야 사흘리-파델, 하템 에사이엠, 마리아 테레사 마누엘라, 머드포드 자차리아 음반덴가 등 4명의 위원들이 처음 포함됐다.[1]
위원회는 법의학 조사, 인권 또는 기타 전문가를 추가 위원으로 공동 선택할 권리를 가진다.[1]2021년 8월 인권 전문가인 Fitsah Ouguergouz, Soyata Maïga, Lucy Asuagbor가 2021년 6월 현재 소급 임명되었다.[5]
보고하다
2021년 9월 레미 응고이 럼부 위원장은 위원회의 보고서가 2021년 말까지 발표될 것이라고 밝혔다.[6]
