조람탕가(, 1944년 7월 13일 ~ )는 인도의 정치인으로, 1998년부터 2008년까지, 2018년부터 2023년까지 미조람의 총리를 역임했다.[1] 그는 미조국민전선(MNF) 당 대표이기도 합니다. 그는 2018년부터 미조람 국회에서 아이자울 동Ⅰ 선거구를, 1998년부터 2008년까지 샹하이 선거구를 대표합니다.

초기의 삶과 교육

직업

조람탕가는 대학 마지막 학년인 1965년에 공식적으로 미조 민족 전선 자유 운동에 참여했습니다.[10] 1966년 MNF 봉기가 시작되자 게릴라 운동에 동참해 방글라데시(당시 동파키스탄) 국경까지 지하로 들어갔습니다. 그는 3년 동안 맡은 역할인 런붕 지역의 비서직을 제안 받았습니다. 1969년, 모든 MNF 간부들은 동파키스탄으로 내려갔습니다.[11] 대통령 랄덴가는 그를 비서로 고용했습니다. 그는 이 일을 7년 동안 맡았습니다. 1979년, 그는 부통령의 책임을 맡게 되었습니다.[12]

법률문제

제1비리사건

미조람 인토델나 프로젝트 사례

2002년, 조람탕가의 부처는 주로 화전 시스템을 완화하기 위해 농업 개발 프로젝트를 만들었습니다. MIP(Mizoram Intodelhna Project)라고 불리는 이 계획은 대안적인 농업 시스템을 추구하는 농부들에게 재정적인 무상으로 제공하기 위해 고안되었습니다.[27] 2009년 PRISM은 조람탕가(Zoramthanga)와 H. Hnahlan 포도 재배자 협회와 Champai 포도 재배자 협회에 각각 830만 루피, ₹. ACB는 2009년에 조사를 시작했고 2013년에 이 사건을 고발했습니다.[21] 가우하티 고등법원은 2018년 이 사건을 부패방지 특별법원에 회부했습니다.[30] 2019년 첫 법원 심리가 소집됐지만 증인 불출석으로 무산됐습니다.[31] 피고인 3명은 2021년 2월 17일 법원에 출석했습니다.[28] 특별재판부는 2021년 3월 30일 증거불충분을 이유로 무죄를 선고했습니다.[32]

찬친마위아 사건

미조람 장로교회 시노드의 사회자이자 미조람 인민 포럼 의장인 찬친마위아 목사는 2007년 10월 1일 아침 미조람 아이자울의 하틀라에 있는 자신의 숙소에서 숨진 채 발견되었습니다. 피가 고인 웅덩이 위에 누워있던 그의 몸은 몇 군데의 상처와 멍을 보여주었습니다.[33] 그의 옆구리에는 망치와 피를 흠뻑 적신 칼이 있었습니다.[34] 아이자울의 추가 지방 치안 판사(사법관)가 판단한 경찰 보고서는 2007년 12월 자살 사건이라고 선언했습니다.[35] 교회의 지원을 받은 그의 아들 람딘푸이아는 동의하지 않았고 그것이 살인이라고 믿었습니다.[36] 이 사건은 2008년에 다시 열렸고 중앙수사국이 그 임무에 착수했습니다.[37] CBI는 더 이상 진전이 없었습니다.
