백악관 기자 협회(WHCA)는 백악관미국 대통령을 취재하는 언론인들의 단체입니다. WHCA는 1914년 2월 25일 미국 의회 위원회우드로 윌슨 대통령의 기자회견에 참석할 수 있는 언론인을 선정할 것이라는 근거 없는 소문에 대응하여 언론인들에 의해 설립되었습니다.[4]
