우레이(Urey)는 달 충돌 분화구로, 분화구 레일리(Rayleigh)와 랴푸노프(Lyapunov)의 서쪽 반쪽 사이에 있는 지형의 좁은 틈새에 위치해 있다.달은 달의 북동쪽 사지에 위치해 있어 지구에서 보면 매우 짧아 보인다.
우레이의 테두리에는 서쪽과 동남쪽을 따라 바깥쪽으로 불룩하게 솟아 있다.테두리나 내벽을 따라 눈에 띄는 분화구가 없다.그러나 중앙 능선 북쪽 끝에 있는 분화구를 포함하여 내부 바닥에는 몇 개의 작은 분화구가 있다.이 낮은 구릉은 바닥을 반으로 갈라 남북으로 분화구 지름의 약 3분의 1의 거리를 두고 있다.
이 분화구는 이전에 랠리의 위성인 Rayleigh A로 지정되었다가 IAU로부터 현재의 이름을 받았다.
