미국 의회 인쇄 공동 위원회
United States Congressional Joint Committee on Printing인쇄 공동 위원회는 미국 의회의 공동 위원회로, 정부 출판국의 기능과 미국 연방 정부의 일반적인 인쇄 절차를 감독하는 데 전념하고 있습니다.위원회에 부여된 권한은 44 U.S.C. § 101에서 파생되었으며, 이에 따라 위원회는 이러한 법률 및 정부 인쇄 및 바인딩 [1]규정에 대한 연방 기관의 준수를 보장할 책임이 있습니다.현재의 합동위원회는 1946년 입법개편법에 의해 만들어졌으며 미국 하원 인쇄위원회와 상원 인쇄위원회의 기능을 통합했다.
위원회는 1846년 8월 3일(9 Stat. 114, 22)의 법률에 의해 만들어진 유사한 법률로 거슬러 올라간다.이에 따라 의회의 가장 오래된 공동위원회로, 비록 지속적으로 조직되지는 않았지만 말이다.
선거인단이 선거인수법에 따라 집계될 때 위원회의 지도자는 일반적으로 의회의 합동회의를 조정하는 텔러 역할을 한다.
구성.
소위원회가 없는 위원회에는 각 하원 의원이 5명씩 있다.위원회는 의장과 4명의 미국 상원 규칙 및 행정위원회, 하원 하원 행정위원회 위원으로 구성되어 있다.2년마다 미국 하원과 상원이 번갈아 의장직과 부회장직을 맡는다.[2]
