UNESCO King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa Prize유네스코의 하마드 빈 이사 알-할리파상(Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa Prize of Information and Communication Technologies, ICT)은 개인, 기관, 기타 단체 또는 민간단체의 창의적 이용에 대한 사업과 프로그램을 보상하여 학습, 차를 향상시키는 유네스코 상이다.칭 및 전반적인 교육 [1][2]성과
이 상은 바레인 왕국 정부가 후원하고 2005년에 제정되었다. 그 상은 매년 두 명의 수상자에게 수여된다. 유네스코 사무총장은 독립된 국제 배심원의 추천을 바탕으로 두 명의 수상자를 선정한다.[3] 배심원단은 공평한 지리적 분포와 성별을 가지고 선발된 교육 분야에서 ICT 분야의 인정된 인물인 5명의 독립위원으로 구성된다. 그들은 국장에 의해 2년의 기간 동안 임명된다.[4]
매년, 이 상은 특정한 주제를 가지고 있고, 상은 파리 유네스코 본부에서 행해지는 시상식에서 각 수상자에게 2만 5천 달러를 수여한다.[5] 노벨상 후보작은 유네스코 회원국 정부가 국가위원회나 국제비정부기구(NGO)를 통해 제출할 수 있으며, 자체 공모는 인정되지 않는다.[6]
