임상적 의의
그것의 오작동은 상염색체 지배적인 방식으로 작용하여 췌장염을 일으킨다.췌장염으로 이어질 수 있는 많은 돌연변이가 발견되었다.[6][7][8][9]예를 들어 Arg 117에서의 변환이 있습니다.Arg117은 다른 트립신에 의해 분해되어 불활성화되는 트립신 감수성 부위이다.이 부위는 췌장 내에서 활성화되었을 때 트립신이 비활성화될 수 있는 페일 세이프 메커니즘일 수 있다.이 분열 부위의 돌연변이는 통제력을 상실하고 자가 소화 불량을 일으켜 [10]췌장염을 일으킬 것이다.
