The Wire는 인도의 비영리 뉴스 오피니언 웹사이트입니다.[1] 2015년 싯다르트 바라다라잔(Siddharth Varadarajan), 싯다르트 바티아(Sidharth Bhatia), M. K. 베누(M. K. 역사

소송

라지브 찬드라세카르

제이 샤

아디티아나트 주

2022년 2월, 바라트 바이오텍제약사와 자사가 개발한 코로나19 백신인 코박신에 대해 보도한 14건의 기사에 대해 더 와이어와 편집자들을 상대로 ₹ 100크로레(미화 1300만 달러)의 명예훼손 소송을 제기했습니다. 텔랑가나 지방법원은 기사들이 백신을 주저하게 [61]될 것이라는 점을 들어 기사들을 삭제하라는 임시적이고 특별한 가처분 신청을 통과시켰습니다.[62] 2022년 3월 기준으로 법원은 이 문제를 심리할 예정이었습니다.[60]
