중-라틴 아메리카 생산능력협력투자펀드(China-LAC Industrial Cooperation Investment Fund, 약칭 Claifund)는 중국 정부가 중남미에 대한 중국 기업의 투자를 지원하기 위해 설립한 다자간 협력기금이다.
중국과 중남미 경제관계를 진전시키기 위해 중국 정부가 조성한 2개 다자협력기금 중 하나다. 다른 하나는 중국-LAC협력기금이다. 중국-라틴 아메리카 인프라 프로젝트를 위한 특별 대출 프로그램은 경제 유대 증진을 위한 투자 자금과 유사하게 중국 정부가 만든 특별 신용 라인이다.[1][2]
모금
그 펀드의 첫 번째 자본금은 100억 달러였다. 자본 기부는 중국 인민은행, 외환청, 중국개발은행 등 3개 정부 기관에서 나왔다.[3] 초기 자본의 일부는 중국의 외환보유액에서 나왔다.[3]
투자
기금의 목표 투자는 수력발전소를 포함한 '제조, 신·첨단기술, 농업, 에너지, 인프라 분야의 중장기 프로젝트'로 기술된다.[3][4]
