PPP2R1A세린/스레오닌-단백질인산효소 2A 65kDa 규제 하위단위 알파 이소포형은 인간에서 PPP2R1A 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 효소다.[5]아라비도피스탈리아나 식물에서는 유사한 효소가 RCN1유전자(At1g25490)에 의해 부호화된다.[6]
함수
이 유전자는 단백질인산효소 2의 일정한 규제 하위 단위를 암호화한다.단백질인산화효소 2는 4대 Ser/Thrphosphatase 중 하나로 세포 성장과 분열을 부정적으로 제어하는 데 관여한다.그것은 촉매 서브유닛과 상수 규제 서브유닛으로 구성되어 다양한 규제 서브유닛과 연관되어 있는 공통 이질성 코어 효소로 구성된다.일정한 규제 서브 유닛 A는 촉매 서브 유닛과 가변 규제 B 서브 유닛의 조립을 조정하는 비계 분자의 역할을 한다.이 유전자는 상수 규제 소단위 A의 알파 이소형을 인코딩한다.[7]
